We woke Darth Vader up on his birthday and immediately opened some presents! Quinn gave him an umbrella and some fire engine slippers. He also got a bike which he LOVES.
Family (look at all those cousins!) rolled in that night to celebrate with a family dinner...al fresco. We even light a fire in the chiminea and since we didn't have any marshmallows, the kids put cheez balls on sticks to burn...it smelled terrible!
Tyndale picked this monster ice cream cake from Dairy Queen.
...and he quite enjoyed it!
The kids loved playing with these squishy eyeballs...they had so much fun with them that we did have to pull a few off of the ceiling.
Present time!
The chef costume was a HIT...he wears it a few times every day to cook in his kitchen. He said, "Mama, I'm gonna make fire and put an egg in my hat.".....any guesses?
HIBACHI! He loves watching the japanese steakhouse guys cook with the fire and do the cool tricks...this really cracked us up!
